About This Course

The 200 Hour Yoga TTC certified by Yoga Alliance is designed to train you in several aspects of Yoga – from Asanas to Kriyas through philosophy and anatomy, with an accent on teaching practicum and teaching methodology to prepare you to become an independent Yoga Teacher. It is a first level of training which allows you to start teaching yoga all over the world. Through Trimurti Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program, you can become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.

Syllabus

All-level Specialization: No specific prior experience is required, however, we recommend to have a regular yoga practice before joining our Yoga TTC. For example, Yoga Alliance UK recommends at least 2 years of a yoga experience in order to meet the standards of their certification. Please bear in mind that the time of your yoga practice is one of the arbitrary standards, and we don’t judge in any way your practice and knowledge, so students of all levels are welcome. We focus on preparing you to become a certified yoga teacher, but you might also choose this course simply for your self-practice.

If you feel that you want to deepen your yoga experience and you are determined to gain a lot of knowledge we will fully support you on your path! To successfully complete the course we require 100% attendance to all the classes. If you cannot be present for the whole program we will offer you a certificate of participation, but not “completion”.
